使徒の働き 13:32-33, 38-39（新改訳JSS2017）　私たちもあなたがたに、神が父祖たちに約束された福音を宣べ伝えています。33神はイエスをよみがえらせ、彼らの子孫である私たちにその約束を成就してくださいました。詩篇の第二篇に、『あなたはわたしの子。わたしが今日、あなたを生んだ』 と書かれているとおりです。38ですから、兄弟たち、あなたがたに知っていただきたい。このイエスを通して罪の赦しが宣べ伝えられているのです。また、モーセの律法を通しては義と認められることができなかったすべてのことについて、39この方によって、信じる者はみな義と認められるのです。

コメント

これがパウロのメッセージの要点です。「約束された福音を宣べ伝えています。」神は約束された通りメシヤを送ってくださった、ダビデの子、神の子である。詩篇の二篇を引用してこれを証明しています。「あなたはわたしの子。わたしが今日、あなたを生んだ。」これは、ヨハネがイエスにバプテスマを授けたときにも、父なる神が宣言されたことばでもあります。「あなたはわたしの愛する子。わたしはあなたを喜ぶ」（マルコ1:11 JSS2017）。そしてすぐにイエスは神の国の福音を宣言し始めました。「時が満ち、神の国が近づいた。悔い改めて福音を信じなさい」（マルコ1:15； 9-15参照）。ヨハネの福音書ではこのように宣言されています。「実に神は、ひとり子をさえ惜しまず与えるほどに、この世界を愛してくださいました。それは、神の御子を信じる者が、だれ一人滅びず、永遠のいのちを得るためです。 17神がご自分の御子を世にお遣わしになったのは、世をさばくためではなく、世を救うためです」（ヨハネ 3:16-17 JCB）。パウロはこの福音（良い知らせ）をこのようにまとめました。「聞いてください、皆さん！　このイエスこそ、皆さんの罪を赦してくださるのです。 39イエスを信じる人はみな、すべての罪から解放され、正しい者と宣言されるのです。これは、モーセの律法ではどうしてもできないことでした」（13:38-39 JCB）。後にパウロはくりかえしその手がみな中でこのことを強調しました。「この新しい出来事はすべて神から出ています。神様は、キリスト・イエスの働きによって、私たちをご自分のもとに連れ戻してくださいました。そして、この恵みによる神との和解を、すべての人に勧める特権をも、私たちに与えてくださったのです。 19つまり、キリストによって、この世をご自分と和解させ、その罪を数え立てずに、かえって帳消しにしてくださったのです。これが、人々に伝えるようにと私たちにゆだねられた、すばらしい知らせです。21それは神様が、罪のないキリストに私たちの罪を負わせ、それと引き換えに、私たちに恵みを注いでくださったのですから」（2コリント 5:18,19,21 JCB）。これが福音です。

Act 13:32-33,38-39 ESV  And we bring you the good news that what God promised to the fathers, 33 this he has fulfilled to us their children by raising Jesus, as also it is written in the second Psalm, “‘You are my Son, today I have begotten you.’ 38 Let it be known to you therefore, brothers, that through this man forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you, 39 and by him everyone who believes is freed from everything from which you could not be freed by the law of Moses.

Observation

The point of Paul’s message is to “bring you the good news.”  God has fulfilled his promise to send the Messiah, the Son of David and the Son of God.  He quotes Psalms 2, “You are my Son, today I have begotten you.” This is exactly what the Father declared over Jesus when he was baptized by John and revealed as the Messiah.  Then Jesus began proclaiming the Gospel (Good News), “The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand; repent and believe in the gospel.” (Mark 1:15; see Mark 1:9-15 also). “For God loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son, so that everyone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life. 17 God sent His Son into the world not to judge the world, but to save the world through Him.” (John 3:16-17 NLT)  Paul then sums up the good news, “Brothers, listen! We are here to proclaim that through this Man Jesus there is forgiveness for your sins. 39 Everyone who believes in Him is declared right with God—something the law of Moses could never do.” (NLT) Paul reiterates this message of the good news over and over again in his epistles.  “And all of this is a gift from God, who brought us back to Himself through Christ. And God has given us this task of reconciling people to Him. 19 For God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself, no longer counting people’s sins against them. And He gave us this wonderful message of reconciliation. 21 For God made Christ, who never sinned, to be the offering for our sin, so that we could be made right with God through Christ.” (2Cor 5:18,19,21 NLT)
