マルコ7:6-8 (リビングバイブルJCB)　 イエスはお答えになりました。「そう言うあなたがたこそ偽善者です。預言者イザヤが言ったのは、あなたがたのことだったのです。『彼らは口先ではわたしを敬うが、心はわたしから遠く離れている。7彼らがわたしを拝んでも、むだなことだ。神の命令の代わりに、人間の規則を教えているのだから。』（イザヤ29・13）　なんと的を射たことばでしょう。8あなたがたは神のほんとうの戒めをないがしろにして、自分たちの言い伝えとすり替えているのです。

コメント

神はいつもまず心を見られます。「人が見るようには見ないからだ。人はうわべを見るが、主は心を見る」（1サムエル記 16:7 JSS2017）。私たちは外見や表の行いなどを見ます。また自分の行いによってその正しさや献身を表そうとします。もちろんこれらも大切ですが、心がもっと重要です。「わたし、主が心を探り、心の奥を試し、それぞれその生き方により、行いの実にしたがって報いる」（エレミヤ 17:10 JSS2017）。だからダビデは祈りました、「ああ神よ。私の心を探り、内面を調べ上げてください。24あなたを悲しませるようなものがあるなら、教えてください。私が永遠のいのちへの道からそれないように　お導きください」（詩篇 139:23-24 JCB）。　だから、「何よりも、あなたの心を守りなさい。心は生活全体に影響を与えるからです」（箴言、知恵の泉 4:23 JCB）。

Mar 7:6-8 NLT  Jesus replied, “You hypocrites! Isaiah was right when he prophesied about you, for he wrote, ‘These people honor Me with their lips, but their hearts are far from Me. 7 Their worship is a farce, for they teach man-made ideas as commands from God.’ 8 For you ignore God’s law and substitute your own tradition.”

Observation

God is always looking at the heart first.  “The LORD does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart.” (1Sam 16:7 NIV84)  We tend to see the outward performance and try to make show our dedication and righteousness by our outward deeds.  Of course they are important, but the heart is even more important.  “I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve.” (Jer 17:10 NIV84) That is why David prayed, “Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. 24 Point out anything in me that offends You, and lead me along the path of everlasting life.” (Psa 139:23-24 NLT).  Therefore, “Guard your heart above all else, for it determines the course of your life.” (Pro 4:23 NLT)
