 詩篇 60:4,5,12　（リビングバイブルJCB）　4-5しかし、あなたはこんな私たちを

奮起させるための旗を下さいました。真理を愛する人々が、この旗のもとに集うためです。そうしてこそ、あなたは愛する国民に　解放をもたらしてくださるのです。どうか、力に満ちた右の手をふるって、私たちを救い出してください。

コメント

この詩の冒頭にその背景が書かれています。「ダビデはシリヤ（アラム）を向こうに回して戦ったが、戦況は渾沌としていた。折りにも折り、司令官ヨアブが、塩の谷でエドム人一万二千人を打ち殺したとの情報が入った。その時のダビデの作」（JLB）。2サムエル8章にこの出来事が記録されていますが、その中で、厳しい戦いを経験したり、一時的に負けそうになったことなどは書かれていません。私たちは敵である悪魔とその闇の軍勢に対して戦っています。時には負けそうになったりしたときに、神は私たちを見捨てられたのではないかと思うこともあるかもしれません。この詩はミクタム（さとしのための詩）です。このような経験をしたときに、神はヤーウエイ・ニシ（主はわが旗、勝利の旗）であることをおぼえておかなければなりません。そして、私たちに約束してくださったことを思い起こさなければなりません。「心に恐れを覚える日　私はあなたに信頼します。．．．私は知っています。神が味方であることをを」（詩篇56:3,9 JSS2017）。主に叫び求めるのです。「どうか、力に満ちた右の手をふるって、私たちを救い出してください」（5節 JCB）。そしておぼえておくことは、「神の助けがあれば、私たちは強力な働きを進めることができます。神が敵を踏みつけてくださるからです」（12節 JCB）。

Psa 60:4,5,12 NIV84  But You have raised a banner for those who fear You—a rallying point in the face of attack. Interlude.  5 Save us and help us with your right hand, that those you love may be delivered. 12 With God we will gain the victory, and he will trample down our enemies.

Observation

The setting for this Psalm is found in the title in v.1 (King David’s poem for instruction composed when he fought against the Syrians with the outcome still uncertain and Joab turned back to kill 12,000 descendants of Esau in the Valley of Salt. TPT).  The background is found in 2Sam 8 but no mention is made of stiff resistance or seeming temporary defeat.  We are in a battle with our enemy the devil and his forces.  Sometimes it seems that we are being defeated and we entertain the thought that maybe God has abandoned us.  This Psalm is called Michtam (a teaching).  When we encounter times like this, we must remember that God is Yahweh-Nisi, The Lord Our Banner, and what He has promised before, “Psa 56:3, 9 (ESV) When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. 9 …This I know, that God is for me.”  We can cry out to the God who saves us, “Now do something quickly, answer right now, so the one you love best is saved.” (v.5 MSG)  And we must always remember. “With God’s help we will fight like heroes and he will trample down our every foe!” (v.12 TPT)
