１列王記 1:33-35 （新改訳JSS2017）　王は彼らに言った。「おまえたちの主君の家来たちを連れて、私の子ソロモンを私の雌ろばに乗せ、彼を連れてギホンへ下れ。祭司ツァドクと預言者ナタンは、そこで彼に油を注いでイスラエルの王とせよ。そうして、角笛を吹き鳴らし、『ソロモン王、万歳』と叫べ。それから彼の後に従って上れ。彼は来て、私の王座に就き、私に代わって王となる。私は彼をイスラエルとユダの君主に任命する。」

コメント

ダビデは素早くソロモンをイスラエルの王として、即位させました。これは最終的な真の「ダビデの子」王なるイエスの即位をもさしています。その第一歩はイエスがロバに乗り、エルサレムへの大入場でありました。「群衆は、イエスの前を行く者たちも後に続く者たちも、こう言って叫んだ。「ホサナ、ダビデの子に。祝福あれ、主の御名によって来られる方に。ホサナ、いと高き所に」」（マタイ21:9 JSS2017）。　しかし、その最終的成就は黙示録で見られます（黙示録4-5参照）。「また私は、天と地と地の下と海にいるすべての造られたもの、それらの中にあるすべてのものがこう言うのを聞いた。「御座に着いておられる方と子羊に、賛美と誉れと栄光と力が　世々限りなくあるように」（黙示録5:13 JSS2017）。パウロも宣言しました　「どうか、世々の王、すなわち、朽ちることなく、目に見えない唯一の神に、誉れと栄光が世々限りなくありますように。アーメン」（１テモテ 1:17 JSS2017； 6:14-16も参照）。あなたの王は誰ですか？誰をあなたの主権者として受け入れ認めていますか？誰かに仕えなければなりません。

1Ki 1:33-35 NIV84  he said to them: “Take your lord’s servants with you and set Solomon my son on my own mule and take him down to Gihon. 34 There have Zadok the priest and Nathan the prophet anoint him king over Israel. Blow the trumpet and shout, ‘Long live King Solomon!’ 35 Then you are to go up with him, and he is to come and sit on my throne and reign in my place. I have appointed him ruler over Israel and Judah.”

Observation

David acts quickly to install Solomon as King of Israel.  It is also a picture of the coronation of King Jesus the true and final “Son of David”.  The first step in Jesus’ enthronement as King was his triumphant entry into Jerusalem riding on a donkey, “The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted, “Hosanna to the Son of David!” “Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!” “Hosanna in the highest!” (Matt 21:9 NIV84). But we see the ultimate fulfillment pictured in Revelations (see Rev 4-5), “Then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and on the sea, and all that is in them, singing: “To him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb be praise and honor and glory and power, for ever and ever!”  (Rev 5:13 NIV84) Paul declares, “Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, the only God, be honor and glory for ever and ever. Amen.” (1Tim 1:17 NIV84; see also 6:14-16).  Who is your King?  Who do you recognize as the Sovereign in your life? You must serve someone.
