詩篇68:19-20（新改訳 JSS2017 ）　ほむべきかな　主。日々　私たちの重荷を担われる方。この神こそ　私たちの救い。　　セラ　神は私たちの救いの神。死を免れるのは　私の主　神による。

ダビデは全地の大いなる栄光に輝く神をほめたたえ、あがめ続けています。しかし、神はさらに、我らの神であり、救いの神であります。そして、イスラエルの神だけではなく全世界の神であります。ゆえに賛美しいてます。「世界の国々よ、神に賛美の歌声を上げなさい。33大昔からこの天空にまたがり、力強い声を、雷のように大空にとどろかせておられた神に、賛美をささげなさい。34力の源は神です。神のご威光はイスラエルの上に輝き、力は天上にみなぎります」（32-34節 JCB）。詩篇の67篇（また他の詩篇にも同じように讃えています。「私たちを世界に送り出し、神の救いの力と全人類への永遠のご計画とを　知らせて回らせてください。3どの国の人々も、心から主をほめたたえるでしょう。 5全世界が神をほめたたえ、 地上のすべての国が、感謝をささげますように」（詩篇67:2,3,5 JCB；詩篇117:1；　ローマ15:11なども参照）。イザヤも宣言しています。「その名は全能の主。あなたを救い出す者、イスラエルの聖なる神、全地の神である」（イザヤ54:5 JCB; 黙示録7:10も参照）。私たちの口から最初にこのことを告白し宣言しましょう。

Psa 68:19-20 NLT  Praise the Lord; praise God our savior! For each day He carries us in His arms. Interlude   20 Our God is a God who saves! The Sovereign LORD rescues us from death.

(MSG) Blessed be the Lord– day after day he carries us along. 20 He’s our Savior, our God, oh yes! He’s God-for-us, he’s God-who-saves-us. Lord GOD knows all death’s ins and outs.

Observation

David continues to praise and glorify the Great and Glorious God of all the earth.  Not only is he great and glorious but he is our Savior. “He’s our Savior, our God, oh yes! He’s God-for-us, he’s God-who-saves-us.” (v.20 MSG). Also not only is he the God of Israel, but He is the God of all the earth, so he calls out, “Sing to God, you kingdoms of the earth. Sing praises to the Lord. Interlude 33 Sing to the One who rides across the ancient heavens, His mighty voice thundering from the sky. 34 Tell everyone about God’s power. His majesty shines down on Israel; His strength is mighty in the heavens. 35 God is awesome in His sanctuary. The God of Israel gives power and strength to His people. Praise be to God!” (v.32-35 NLT) Psalms 67 (and many other Psalms; see Psa 67:3,5; Psa 117:1; Rom 15:11 etc.) also declares the same thing, “May Your ways be known throughout the earth, Your saving power among people everywhere.  May the nations praise You, O God. Yes, may all the nations praise You.” (Psa 67:2-3 NLT) “The LORD Almighty is his name— the Holy One of Israel is your Redeemer; he is called the God of all the earth.” (Isa 54:5 NIV84).  Let us be the first to praise and glorify Him.
