民数記6:23-27 （新改訳JSS2017）　アロンとその子らに告げよ。『あなたがたはイスラエルの子らに言って、彼らをこのように祝福しなさい。24主があなたを祝福し、あなたを守られますように。25主が御顔をあなたに照らし、あなたを恵まれますように。26主が御顔をあなたに向け、あなたに平安を与えられますように。』　27アロンとその子らが、わたしの名をイスラエルの子らの上に置くなら、わたしが彼らを祝福する。」

コメント

Num 6:23-27 AMP  Say to Aaron and his sons, This is the way you shall bless the Israelites. Say to them, The Lord bless you and watch, guard, and keep you; The Lord make His face to shine upon and enlighten you and be gracious (kind, merciful, and giving favor) to you; The Lord lift up His [approving] countenance upon you and give you peace (tranquility of heart and life continually).  And they shall put My name upon the Israelites, and I will bless them.

Observation

This is called the Aaronic Blessing, but it is the Lord God’s blessing which is declared by the priests over Israel, God’s people.  It is God’s heart for us, his people. He tells them “And they, (the priests) shall put My name upon the Israelites, and I will bless them.”  Psalms reiterates it this way, “The Lord has been mindful of us, He will bless us: He will bless the house of Israel, He will bless the house of Aaron [the priesthood], 13 He will bless those who reverently and worshipfully fear the Lord, both small and great. 14 May the Lord give you increase more and more, you and your children. 15  May you be blessed of the Lord, Who made heaven and earth!” (Psa 115:12-15 AMP).  Paul closes most of his letters with this simple benediction, “The grace (favor and spiritual blessing) of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.” (1Cor 16:23 AMP).  Butl to the Romans, Paul details what all that blessing entails, “Now may the God Who gives the power of patient endurance (steadfastness) and Who supplies encouragement, grant you to live in such mutual harmony and such full sympathy with one another, in accord with Christ Jesus, 6  That together you may [unanimously] with united hearts and one voice, praise and glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah). 13  May the God of your hope so fill you with all joy and peace in believing [through the experience of your faith] that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound and be overflowing (bubbling over) with hope. 33  May [our] peace-giving God be with you all! Amen (so be it). 16:20 And the God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) be with you.  16:24The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ (the Messiah) be with you all. Amen (so be it). (Rom 15:5-6,13,33; 16:20,24 (AMP).
