エゼキエル 23:35 （新改訳SKY2017）　それゆえ、神である主はこう言われる。「あなたはわたしを忘れ、わたしをあなたのうしろに投げやったから、あなたも自分の淫らな行いと、淫行の責めを負え。」

彼らをエジプトから導き出し、美しい約束の地を与えて、全ての良きもので満たしてあげたのに、イスラエルもユダも両方この神に背を向けて、裏切りました。主は彼らの神となり、彼らはご自分の民になることを願っていました。しかし、彼らは、大いなるヤーウエイである神に比べ者にもならない他の国々の神々を追い求めました。主はこれを「淫らな行いと、淫行」と言いました。そして、彼らは悔い改めることもせず、背を向け続けたので、「あなたも自分の淫らな行いと、淫行の責めを負え」と言いました。パウロはこのように説明しています。「朽ちない神の栄光を、朽ちる人間や、鳥、獣、這うものに似たかたちと替えてしまいました。24そこで神は、彼らをその心の欲望のままに汚れに引き渡されました。そのため、彼らは互いに自分たちのからだを辱めています。25彼らは神の真理を偽りと取り替え、造り主の代わりに、造られた物を拝み、これに仕えました。造り主こそ、とこしえにほめたたえられる方です。アーメン。26こういうわけで、神は彼らを恥ずべき情欲に引き渡されました。32 彼らは、そのような行いをする者たちが死に値するという神の定めを知りながら、自らそれを行っているだけでなく、それを行う者たちに同意もしているのです」（ローマ1:23-26，32 SKY2017）。しかし、この中でも、主は最も悪質な罪人であっても、救われ、主なる神と正しい関係に回復できる道を備えました。「すべての人は罪を犯して、神の栄光を受けることができず、神の恵みにより、キリスト・イエスによる贖いを通して、価なしに義と認められるからです」（ローマ3:23-24 SKY2017）。さらにのちに言いました。「しかし、私たちがまだ罪人であったとき、キリストが私たちのために死なれたことによって、神は私たちに対するご自分の愛を明らかにしておられます。9ですから、今、キリストの血によって義と認められた私たちが、この方によって神の怒りから救われるのは、なおいっそう確かなことです」（ローマ5:8-9 SKY2017）。オホラとオホリアブを忘れるな!

Eze 23:35 (NLT) “And because you have forgotten Me and turned your back on Me, this is what the Sovereign LORD says: You must bear the consequences of all your lewdness and prostitution.”

Observation

Both Israel and Judah have turned their backs on the God who chose them, brought them out of Egypt, gave them the beautiful land of promise and promised to bless them in every way.  He wanted to be their God and they were to be his people. Yet they chose to seek after the gods of other nations that were nothing compared to Yahweh the Great I Am.  The Lord describes this as lewdness and prostitution, and since they refuse to repent or return to the Lord, He says, “You must bear the consequences of all your lewdness and prostitution.” Paul describes it this way, “And instead of worshiping the glorious, ever-living God, they worshiped idols made to look like mere people and birds and animals and reptiles. 24 So God abandoned them to do whatever shameful things their hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things with each other’s bodies. 25 They traded the truth about God for a lie. So they worshiped and served the things God created instead of the Creator Himself, who is worthy of eternal praise! Amen. 26 That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires.32 They know God’s justice requires that those who do these things deserve to die, yet they do them anyway. Worse yet, they encourage others to do them, too.” (Rom 1:23-26,32  NLT). But the Lord God also made a way for the worst of sinners to be saved and once again be in right relationship with him. “Rom 3:23  For everyone has sinned; we all fall short of God’s glorious standard. 24 Yet God, with undeserved kindness, declares that we are righteous. He did this through Christ Jesus when He freed us from the penalty for our sins.” (Rom 3:23-24 NLT) Paul goes on to say, “But God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners. 9 And since we have been made right in God’s sight by the blood of Christ, He will certainly save us from God’s condemnation.” (Rom 5:8-9 NLT). Hebrews warns us.  “So what makes us think we can escape if we ignore this great salvation that was first announced by the Lord Jesus Himself and then delivered to us by those who heard Him speak?” (Heb 2:3 NLT). Dear friends, if we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these sins. 27 There is only the terrible expectation of God’s judgment and the raging fire that will consume His enemies.” (Heb 10:26-27 NLT). Remember Oholah and Oholibah.
