ローマ 6:11（新改訳SKY2017）　同じように、あなたがたもキリスト・イエスにあって、自分は罪に対して死んだ者であり、神に対して生きている者だと、認めなさい。

コメント

パウロはキリストの死と罪に対して死んでいる私たちの体験をアナロジー（類比、類推）として表しています。パウロは言っています。「私たちがキリストとともに死んだのなら、キリストとともに生きることにもなる、と私たちは信じています。10なぜなら、キリストが死なれたのは、ただ一度罪に対して死なれたのであり、キリストが生きておられるのは、神に対して生きておられるのだからです」（8,10節 SKY2017）。いつこのことが起きたのでしょうか? これも、パウロはすでに説明しています。「それとも、あなたがたは知らないのですか。キリスト・イエスにつくバプテスマを受けた私たちはみな、その死にあずかるバプテスマを受けたのではありませんか。私たちは、キリストの死にあずかるバプテスマによって、キリストとともに葬られたのです。それは、ちょうどキリストが御父の栄光によって死者の中からよみがえられたように、私たちも、新しいいのちに歩むためです」（3-4節 SKY2017）。その結果はどうなるのでしょうか? 「6私たちの中にある古い性質の自分が、キリストと共に十字架につけられたのは、罪を愛する体が砕かれ、もはや罪の支配を受けず、二度と罪の奴隷にならないためです。 7罪に対して死んだ者は、どんな罪の誘惑や力からも自由にされるのです。14罪は、二度とあなたがたを支配しません。なぜなら、あなたがたはもう律法に束縛されてはおらず、恵みの中にあって、自由の身となっているからです」（6-7、14節 JCB）。私たちはキリストにあって新しいいのちに生きる者とされ、罪の支配と束縛から解放され、キリストにあって生かされている者と認めなければなりません。このことを理解し、認める時に、私たちの内に力強いものとなります。

Rom 6:11 (ESV) So you also must consider yourselves dead to sin and alive to God in Christ Jesus.

Observation

Paul uses the analogy of Christ’s death to show what we also experience. He says, “Now if we have died with Christ, we believe that we will also live with him…For the death he died he died to sin, once for all, but the life he lives he lives to God.” (v.8 ,10 ESV).  When did this, or does it happen?  Paul already explained, “Do you not know that all of us who have been baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death? 4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.” (v.3-4 ESV).  So what happens to us as a result? “We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin. 7 For when we died with Christ we were set free from the power of sin. 14 Sin is no longer your master, for you no longer live under the requirements of the law. Instead, you live under the freedom of God’s grace.” (v. 6,7,10 NLT).  We are to live a new life in Christ free from the bondage to sin and alive in Christ. If we can understand and lay hold of this it becomes powerful in our lives.
