１コリント 12:4-6 （新改訳SKY17）　さて、賜物はいろいろありますが、与える方は同じ御霊です。5奉仕はいろいろありますが、仕える相手は同じ主です。6働きはいろいろありますが、同じ神がすべての人の中で、すべての働きをなさいます。

コメント
パウロは霊のたまもの（御霊のたまもの）を取り上げています。これはコリントの教会の中にまた分裂と争いの元となっていました。だれが一番優れたたまものを持っているか、働きをしているか。どのたまものが一番霊的のものであるか、霊的権威を持っているのか。しかし、パウロはすべての霊的たまものは同じ御霊から与えられていて、働かされていると言っています。また、言いました。「同じ一つの御霊がこれらすべてのことをなさるのであり、御霊は、みこころのままに、一人ひとりそれぞれに賜物を分け与えてくださるのです。」（11節 SKY17）。エペソの教会にはこのように書かれました。「平和の絆で結ばれて、御霊による一致を熱心に保ちなさい。4あなたがたが召された、その召しの望みが一つであったのと同じように、からだは一つ、御霊は一つです。」（エペソ 4:3-4 SKY17）。私たちを分裂させるものよりは一致させるものに焦点を当てるべきです。互いに仕え、建て上げるものに集中すべきです。それぞれに与えられているたまものや能力を用いて、互いにキリストの体として築き上げ、励ましあうべきです。

1Co 12:4 -6 (NIV84) There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. 5 There are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. 6 There are different kinds of working, but the same God works all of them in all men.

Observation
Paul now turns his focus to the spiritual gifts of the Spirit.  This had become another issue of division in the Corinthian church.  Who had the better gift or ministry?  What gift was more spiritual or had more spiritual authority?  Paul says, all the spiritual gifts come from the same Holy Spirit and they are all to be used for the building up and encouragement of the church.  Paul goes on to say, “All these are the work of one and the same Spirit, and he gives them to each one, just as he determines.” (v.11 NIV84) To the Ephesians Paul says, “Make every effort to keep yourselves united in the Spirit, binding yourselves together with peace. 4 For there is one body and one Spirit, just as you have been called to one glorious hope for the future.”  We need to focus on what unites us not what divides us, focus on how to serve and exalt one another.  We are to use what has been given to each of us to build up and encourage one another and the body of Christ.
