エゼキエル 36:11-12 (新改訳SKY17)　 わたしはおまえたちの上に人と家畜を増やす。彼らは増えて、多くの子を生む。わたしはおまえたちを、昔のように人の住む所とし、以前よりも栄えさせる。そのときおまえたちは、わたしが主であることを知る。12わたしはおまえたちの上に人を、わたしの民イスラエルを歩かせる。彼らはおまえを所有し、おまえは彼らの相続地となる。おまえは二度と彼らに子を失わせることはない。

コメント
これはバビロン捕囚の後に部分的に成就しましたが、今は私たちの目の前でまたも成就しています。イザヤも預言しました。「．．．荒野が果樹園となり、果樹園は森とみなされる。」（イザヤ32:15; 29:17; 35:1-2,7; 61:3-5なども参照）。1948年以来イスラエルの国の復興を見るときにまさに、現代の歴史の中で、2700年も前に預言されたことが実現している奇跡を目の当たりにしているのです。そして、まさに、「そのときおまえたちは、わたしが主であることを知る。」ことを認めざるおえません。われらの主なる神は永遠の神であり、始めから終りのことを知って語られた神であります。主が語られたことは必ず実現し、成就するのです。イエスも言われました。「天地が消え去るまで、律法の一点一画も決して消え去ることはありません。すべてが実現します。」（マタイ5:18; 24:35も参照）。これは主の御霊によって預言されたことばもすべて含みます。イスラエルの地が「サフランのように花を咲かせ」、「荒野が果樹園となり」を見るとき、主なる神はご自分のみことばに対して誠実であり、必ず成就することを知るのです。

Eze 36:11-12 NIV84  I will increase the number of men and animals upon you, and they will be fruitful and become numerous. I will settle people on you as in the past and will make you prosper more than before. Then you will know that I am the LORD. 12 I will cause people, my people Israel, to walk upon you. They will possess you, and you will be their inheritance; you will never again deprive them of their children.

Observation
This was partially fulfilled in the return from the exile in Babylon, but it is now being fulfilled once again before our very eyes. Isaiah also prophesied, “…and the desert becomes a fertile field, and the fertile field seems like a forest.” (Isa 32:15; see also 29:17; 35:1-2,7, 61:3-5 etc.)  When we see the miracle of the rebirth of the nation of Israel in 1948 and what they have done to restore the Land of Israel,  “Then you will know that I am the LORD.”  Our God is Eternal and knows the end from the beginning.  What He says will surely come to pass. Jesus said, “I tell you the truth, until heaven and earth disappear, not the smallest letter, not the least stroke of a pen, will by any means disappear from the Law until everything is accomplished.” (Matt 5:18; see also 24:35 etc.) This includes every prophetic word that the Spirit of God has spoken.  As we see the Land of Israel truly “blossom like a rose” and “the desert become a fertile field” We can also know that God will be faithful to His word to us.
