詩篇119:89‐91（新改訳SKY17）　主よ　あなたのみことばは　とこしえから　天において定まっています。90あなたの真実は代々に至ります。あなたが地を据えられたので　地は堅く立っています。91それらは今日も　あなたの定めにしたがって　堅く立っています。万物はあなたのしもべだからです。

コメント
神のことばは天と地よりも古くからあります。実は、神のことばによって天と地が創造されました、そしてすべてが存在し支えたれているのです。「神は仰せられた．．．」すると現れ、存在し始めました。詩篇は宣言しています。「主のことばによって　天は造られた。天の万象もすべて　御口の息吹によって。」（詩篇 33:6 SKY17；ヨハネ1:1‐3； ヘブル 1:2など参照）。「信仰によって、私たちは、この世界が神のことばで造られたことを悟り、その結果、見えるものが、目に見えるものからできたのではないことを悟ります。」 (へブル11:3 SKY17)。そしてイエスは言われました。「天地は消え去ります。しかし、わたしのことばは決して消え去ることがありません。」(マタイ24:35 SKY17)。天と地が存在し続ける限り、神のことばも変わることなく、信頼することができます。

Psa 119:89-91 NIV84  Lamedh. Your word, O LORD, is eternal; it stands firm in the heavens. 90 Your faithfulness continues through all generations; you established the earth, and it endures. 91 Your laws endure to this day, for all things serve you.

Observation
God’s word is as old as the heavens and the earth.  It was the Word of God that created the heavens and the earth and everything that exists.  “God said…” and it came into being. Psalms declares, ”By the word of the LORD were the heavens made, their starry host by the breath of his mouth.” (Psa 33:6 NIV84). John tells us, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 He was with God in the beginning. 3 Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that has been made.” (John 1:1-3 NIV84).  Hebrews again tells us, “… but in these last days he has spoken to us by his Son, whom he appointed heir of all things, and through whom he made the universe.” (Heb 1:2 NIV84; see also Heb 11:3). Jesus also tells us, “Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.” (Matt 24:35 NIV84). As long as we have heaven and earth we can trust the Word of God, it will not change.
