歴代誌第一の系図の目的を理解するためには歴代誌全体のストーリーと目的を理解する必要があります。（歴代誌の全体像のまとめと理解のためにバイブルプロジェクト「歴代誌」のビデを見てください。https://youtu.be/P1vf18l4vGI?si=ClKPi5Nne-u2z2Ib (日本語版)）歴代誌の主なテーマの二つは王権（王なるメシヤの系統）と「神の家」（幕屋と神殿）です。この二つのテーマは系図の中にも反映されています、特にユダ族のダビデ王家の系統と、神の家（モーセの幕屋、ダビデの幕屋、ソロモンの神殿）にかかわるレビ人と祭司たちの系統が主なものです。この書はダビデの血筋から来られるメシヤとのつながりと、この地上で現される神の臨在の場所（主の家）について書かれています。主はモーセに言われました。「彼らにわたしのための聖所を造らせよ。そうすれば、わたしは彼らのただ中に住む。」(出エジプト記 25:8 SKY17)。黙示録はこの最終的成就でくくられます。「私はまた、大きな声が御座から出て、こう言うのを聞いた。「見よ、神の幕屋が人々とともにある。神は人々とともに住み、人々は神の民となる。神ご自身が彼らの神として、ともにおられる。(黙示録 21:3 SKY17)。歴代誌ではこれらの神のご計画と目的と私たちはどのようにかかわるべきか、どうしたらそれを実現し、体験することができるか、何がその計画を阻止し、妨げるかをそのストーリーを通して教えてくれます。神は私たちとともに住み、私たちのただなかに住まわれたいのです。私たちも神の心と願いが実現できるように求めましょう。

(NIV) …the house of the LORD—the house called the tent of meeting.

Observation
To understand the purpose of the genealogies of 1 Chronicles it is necessary to understand the whole story and purpose of the books of 1^st and 2^nd Chronicles (for a quick overview and understanding see Bible Project 1 and 2 Chronicles: https://bibleproject.com/videos/chronicles/  (English)　 https://youtu.be/P1vf18l4vGI?si=ClKPi5Nne-u2z2Ib (Japanese)
The two key themes of the books of Chronicles is the kingship (Messianic lineage) and the “House of God” the Tabernacles and Temple.  These are also reflected in the main genealogies that are of Judah and specifically David and the kingly line; and, the Levites and Priest who minister at and are connected to the “House of God” expressed by the Tabernacle of Moses, Tabernacle of David and the Temple of Solomon. The book tells these stories to show that there is a Messiah which will come through the genealogical line of David and there will be a House of God which will be the place of God’s presence here on earth. The Lord told Moses, “Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them.” (Exo 25:8 NIV84). Revelations concludes with the ultimate fulfilment. “I heard a loud shout from the throne, saying, “Look, God’s home is now among his people! He will live with them, and they will be his people. God himself will be with them.” (Rev 21:3 NIV84).  The books of Chronicles helps us to understand and connect the purpose and plan of God to dwell among men, what facilitates it and what frustrates and causes us not to partake in them. Let us seek to see and experience the fulfillment of God’s desire and purpose.
