1歴代誌 17:26-27 （新改訳SKY17）　今、主よ、あなたこそ神です。あなたはこのしもべに、この良いことを約束してくださいました。27今、あなたは、あなたのしもべの家を祝福することを良しとされ、御前にとこしえに続くようにしてくださいました。主よ。あなたが祝福してくださいました。あなたのしもべの家はとこしえに祝福されています。」

コメント
ダビデは主なる神のために家（神殿）を建てたいと言いましたが、逆に、主がダビデのために家（王権と王朝）を建てると約束しました。ダビデはこの神の約束と祝福を認めて、信じて、受け取りました。これはイスラエルの神、イスラエルを選べ、ご自分のために贖いだされた神です（21節参照）。ダビデは言いました。「主よ。私たちが耳にするすべてにおいて、あなたのような方はほかになく、あなたのほかに神はいません。」（20節 SKY17）。神がイスラエルのために約束し、なされたことを知っていたので、同じ主なる神が約束されたことを信じて、信頼を置きました。「わが神よ。あなたはこのしもべの耳を開き、しもべのために一つの家を建てると告げられました。それゆえ、このしもべは御前で祈る勇気を得たのです。」（25節 SKY17）。　ダビデは自分が欲しいものを手に入れようとしているのでもなく、野心を燃やしているのでもありません。ただ、主なる神が約束してくださったことを単純に信じて、受け取っているのです（23節参照）。私たちも主なる神から、多く素晴らしい尊いや約束が与えられています。「私たちをご自身の栄光と栄誉によって召してくださった神を、私たちが知ったことにより、主イエスの、神としての御力は、いのちと敬虔をもたらすすべてのものを、私たちに与えました。その栄光と栄誉を通して、尊く大いなる約束が私たちに与えられています。それは、その約束によってあなたがたが、欲望がもたらすこの世の腐敗を免れ、神のご性質にあずかる者となるためです」。（2ペテロ 1:3-4 SKY17）。神が与えてくださっている多くの素晴らしい尊い約束を感謝し、信じて、受け取りましょう。

1Ch 17:26-27 (AMPC)  And now, Lord, You are God, and have promised this good thing to Your servant. 27 Therefore may it please You to bless the house (posterity) of Your servant, that it may continue before You forever; for what You bless, O Lord, is blessed forever.

Observation
David expressed his desire to build God a house (Temple) but the Lord said He would build David a house. David acknowledges and receives the promises and blessings that God has given to him.  It is the Lord God of Israel, the Lord God who chose and redeemed Israel to himself (see v. 21). David declares, “O Lord, there is none like You, nor is there any God beside You.” (v.20 AMPC). Because David has heard and knows all that the Lord God has promised and done for Israel, he now declares his faith and trust in the same Lord God who has made a promise to David.  “For You, O my God, have told Your servant that You will build for him a house (a blessed posterity); therefore Your servant has found courage and confidence to pray before You.” (v.25 AMPC). David is not asking for or grasping at something that he wants or for which he is ambitious, but is simply believing and receiving the promises that God has given to him (see v.23). We also have been given many good and precious promises. “His divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his own glory and goodness. 4 Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises…” (2Pet 1:3-4 NIV84). Let’s give thanks for His many promises, believe and receive them.
