(English following)

Scripture
1Ch 19:12-13 (NIV84)  Joab said, “If the Arameans are too strong for me, then you are to rescue me; but if the Ammonites are too strong for you, then I will rescue you. 13  Be strong and let us fight bravely for our people and the cities of our God. The LORD will do what is good in his sight.”

Observation
The Arameans and the Ammonites formed two battle fronts.  Joab divided his army into two divisions and placed his brother Abisai over the other division.  They each fought their battles but strategized to help and strengthen the other when necessary.  This is how we should face and fight our battles.  We all have battles but we need to come along side others when they need to be strengthened. Ecclesiastes admonishes us, “Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their work: 10  If one falls down, his friend can help him up. But pity the man who falls and has no one to help him up! 12 Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” (Ecc 4:9,10,12 NIV84). When Nehemiah and the Jews were rebuilding the wall of Jerusalem, if one part was being attacked they would sound a trumpet and the others would gather to fight with them (see Neh 4:20).  The important thing is to have fellow believers standing with and ready to fight with you.  But also we must be willing to call for help when we need it.  Don’t try to just fight on your own. Paul encourages us to “put on the whole armor of God…and having done all to stand…”(Eph 6:11,13 NKJV).  But then he asks, “…Pray also for me…” (v.19; see also 2Thes 3:2; Heb 13:18 etc.). James instructs us to “…pray for one another…” (James 5:16)  We are not in this battle alone!
